Boiestown is located in the geographical center of New Brunswick. It is a small rural community that consists of a one-stop-shop general store, a volunteer fire department, gorgeous trails for walking or biking along, and a museum that can send tourists back in time to the days of the lumber camp.
Things to bring on your tour:
- Dress for the weather (if it is raining, you will have to walk from building to building, so come prepared!)
- A camera (there are lots of great artifacts to snap a photo with)
- Time (you tour around at your own pace, but be prepared to stay at least one hour)
